Assistant Professor, Oral and maxillo-Facial radiologist.
Dr. Noujeim received his dental degree and two specialty degrees in oral biology and maxillofacial radiology from the Lebanese University, School of Dentistry in Beirut. He began teaching dental radiology in September 1990 and was appointed as division head in 1999 till 2002. In 2003, he moved to the United States where he finished a Master of Science (MS) degree in Dental Diagnostic Science (Oral and Maxillo-Facial radiology) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006. He is Diplomate from the American Board of Oral and Maxillo-Facial radiology. Dr. Noujeim is the Program director of Oral and Maxillo-Facial radiology and the Dental Radiology Clinic Director in the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
He has 18 years of experience in teaching and practicing Oral and Maxillofacial radiology. Gave more than 70 presentations and CE courses in American and international meetings and published more than 20 articles and publications in American and international journals. Dr. Noujeim is the Recipient of the Howard Raper Award granted by the American Academy of Oral and Maxillo-Facial radiology for the best promising dental radiology educator 2005 and the Recipient of the best junior faculty in maxillo-facial radiology award granted by the International Association of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology in 2005
