Michele Carter Ravenel,DMD, MS

Dr. Ravenel earned her DMD from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1990 and completed General Practice Residencies at the University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, Kentucky and Carolinas Medicine Center, Charlotte, North Carolina. Following residency training she served 8 years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corp. While on active duty Dr. Ravenel completed a 2 year Oral Medicine residency at the National Naval Dental Center, Bethesda, Maryland. She joined the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine Faculty in 2003. Dr. Ravenel is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Oral Medicine.
