I have read several articles on Bisphosphonates, as it relates to surgery and implants. What is the current protocol for managing dental implant in a patient taking Actonel? I have already consulted with the patient’s physician and he doesnt seem to have a handle on it. Are there any special precautions or tests I should run prior to or after the surgery? Thanks
