Close Sinus Lift utilizing piezo

Anyone trying a closed sinus procedure utilizing the piezo instead of osteotomes? My local periodontist started doing closed lifts that way and he finds it less traumatic on the patient. He drill short of the sinus and then utilizes the piezo instruments to upfacture the sinus and lift with the special piezo tips.

Piezo Close sinus lift technique

I did my first close lift using piezo and I liked it. More importantly less traumatic the banging on a skull with an osteotome. I give you more feedback when I do some more cases. Case of 1 isnt enough to truly formulate an opinion.
