Implant costs, Is there a way to reduce costs without reducing quality???

I find when I buy in bulk the bigger implant companys reduce the price to that of the smaller ones.

Implant Costs: Go with a smaller company

If you are looking to save money. Stay away from the bigger companys and go with discounters like implant direct, blue star bio, MIS ect.

You will get the same quality but at a lower price.

You are most correct. AB Dental, MIS, Implant Direct, Osteo Implant Corp., Tatum Surgical and American Dental Implant Corp. are great companies with fantastic deals. There are some others that I cannot remember, that are also great deals. When you are more experienced you do not need the support of the regional rep. The above mentioned companies offer good support and quick service. The components are well machined and fit correctly.
