Im looking for opinions on KLS Martin vs Sythes screw kits for plating and blocking grafting. Which do you prefer and why? Which kit give you better value?

Salvin screw fixation kit.

I am using the salvin screw kit. It is very similiar to the synthes system plus you have a world class company like salvin behind it.

Its a very easy kit to use.

KLS Martin Vs Sythes: It doesnt make a difference.

I prefer the KLS martin kit. I love this kit:

Its a little pricey but worth it. However, a screw is a screw and salvin sell some great kits that do the same job for a quarter of the price.

Check out these screws they use in Craniofacial that are compatible with KLS drivers (center drive only)

I think they're only about $20 each
