Laser Hair Removal

I had a patient come in the office the other day for an implant and she asked if I did laser hair removal. She wanted to treat her lip and chin area. She said she would be more comfortable with me doing that type of a procedure then some tech in a beauty salon. I was wondering if any dentist's out there are doing laser hair removal in their office? If so what laser are you using and what do you charge?

There is no downside to offering this service. Laser hair removal is easy to learn and use. There are many company out there that will help you add this to your practice.

Facial cosmetics- Laser hair removal

A local periodontist and oral surgeon in my neck of the woods offers this treatment to patients. They say its a nice service to offer the patient and the patients are happy to get it done by a doctor vice a tech with little training.
