Megagen or Southern Extra wide implants for immediate molars: Opinions needed

Looking for opinions on Megagen's or Southern's Extra wide implants for immediate molars. There are 7-9mm wide implants for immediate molar extraction sockets. What are people experience? Success? complications?

Megagens immediate molar implant

I have used them twice and they obliterate the socket and are great for immediate stability. Havent uncovered them yet I will let you know how the success is.
