I would need more info to give you a good answer (such as is the tooth a pediatric tooth, how damaged is the tooth in question, is it just contacting or is it peforating the tooth. etc.)
My guess is remove the mini implant, if you placed it recently you can probably easy back it out. Then I would eval the tooth, if it is badly damaged you may need to take it out.
