Has anyone been satisfied with the diagnosis they Have recieved using the Oral CDx. I have done 6-8 cases and they all come back as atypical epithelial warrenting further investigation. Meaning please do an excisional biopsy. Am I wasting my time with the cdx, would I be better off just doing a biopsy. Thoughts?

Cancer Screening tools: Biopsy
I think the oral CDX is not specific enought. I think your better off just doing a biopsy you will get better data.
Oral CDx as a screening tool.
I believe the oral CDx is good for patients that dont want to have surgery. It is a good screening tool, and spurs on the patient to have the biopsy when indicated
