Palatal implants for ortho vs screws?

Mini screws for ortho anchorage

I have had some great success using mini screws for ortho. One should have some experience before trying these out and I recommend taking some CE courses prior. Below is a nice link for different manufactures of these screws.

Implants for ortho

I have used both the palatal implant and kls ortho system and have had mixed results.

The ortho screws if they stay fixed are great but I find they tend to loosen under loading.
