Hey Brooke, Here is my 2 cents worth. Hands down I use emdogain the most. It has so many applications in both hard and soft tissue. I use it for regeneration in an intrabony defect as well as soft tissue procedures such as CPF's I use alot of prp and tend to favor that with my bigger grafts such as blocks, gbr or sinus's I have just started using infuse (jury is still out). Gem21 I have had some good results in intrabony defects but tend to favor emd for the money. Have not used PRGF yet.
