Is it worth the expense of buying a piezo to do a extraction?

Piezo and extractions: Works well.

I have the piezo and it works great for extractions. The unit is pricey so if all you are going to use it is for extractions its not worth the investment especially when the powertome is cheaper and does a great job. If you do other related surgeries like block grafts, sinus surgery or periodontal surgery then it is highly worth the investment of the piezo.
