Post op protocols for Sinus lifts

Looking to see what people are doing for patients post sinus lifts. Meds? Antiobiotics? Seems to be ever changing.

First I usually start a patient on antibiotics the day before surgery.

Then I give the the patient vicodin, motrin, amox, sudafed afrin and sometimes a medrol dose pack.

I usually do the classic. Antibiotics, sudafed, afrin and pain meds.

Usually have patients on sinus precautions for a month.
