Powertome for atraumatic extractions

I been using the powertome for 6 months and I would not go back. Doesnt cook the bone. Downside they need a better tip selection.

Piezo for atraumatic extractions.

I myself like the piezo unit for extractions. I can spare the bone and take the tooth out cleanly.

Best way to atraumatically extract a tooth.

First of all we use instruments, we have been elevated above the level of a trade. That said, I would recommend the Tatum Luxators from Tatum Surgical 1-888-360-5550. They have made procedures that are usually simply awful, awfully simple.
