Sinus graft material: Bio-oss for me

Xenograft works best for me. Never had an issue and the Wallace and Agaloo articles supports its use.

Sinus Lifts: Graft material that works the best

I guess I will start this off. I tend to favor Bio-oss in the sinus. Lots of proven research with this. It handles well and when I go back in its like a rock.

I get great stability.
