What is your preferred mini implant system and why?

Sterngold mini implants

I started using sterngold minis for lower dentures and temp implants. They work great. Easy to reline the exsisting lower CD and gives patient great stability.

Mini implant system: Sterngold

I started using sterngold in my practice and I have to say its user friendly. They are great as a interim implant and work pretty nice for a lower denture.

Mini implant system preference

I use dentatis mini implants. I use them strictly as temporary implants and not as permanents. I dont have any experience using the minis as permanent implants to comment.

Mini Implants -- Dentatus Atlas

I have had great results using Dentatus Atlas with the Tuff-link liner for transitional implants in fully edentulous cases and even for partially edentulous cases to allow reline of a TTP with Tuff-link for retention over the Atlas implant. This allows a very stable provisional that can be removed to clean, remove sutures, and evaluate healing but gives the patient confidence when it's worn b/c it's so stable. The tufflink liner lasts 3-4 months, usually long enough to get from grafting to implant placement.
