Dr. Joel L. Rosenlicht is an energetic, accomplished speaker, clinician and innovator. His presentations are always enlightening, well received and often bring new clarity to procedures and techniques for implant dentistry and oral maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Rosenlicht, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon has been in both private practice and academics for 30 years, developing techniques for bone grafting, immediate impressions for implants and prosthetic applications for immediate and delayed restorations. Over the past 20 years over 1,000 dentists have participated in his courses, both live surgical and didactic programs at his office and teaching center, Connecticut Dental Implant Institute (CDII) located in Manchester, Connecticut.
Dr. Rosenlicht has authored numerous articles, is published in five textbooks, and has developed and patented the “Fixture Mount Transfer” commonly used on a variety of dental implants.
Currently, Dr. Rosenlicht is the President-Elect of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and Vice President of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ACOMS). He is a Diplomat of The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and The American Board of Implant Dentistry (non-specialty Board).
