Maurizio Silvestri, DDS, MD

Maurizio Silvestri graduated from the University of Pavia and works as a Periodontologist and Implantologist. He is an active member and has recently been the secretary of the Italian Society of Periodontology (SidP) between 2001 and 2003. He is a consultant Professor of Periodontology at the University of Pavia. He is an author of a large number of scientific works: he won the prize for best clinical work at the First Congress of the EFP (European Federation of Periodontology Paris ‘94). He also won the Goldman prize as the best clinical research at the IX National Congress of the SidP (Florence, 1996), and the second prize, at the International Quintessence Publishing Award 7th International Symposium on Period & Rest Dent. He is an invited speaker at many international Congresses of Periodontology and Implantology.
